1. Data controller

2. What we collect

When you fill in the quote request form, we receive your name, your phone number, your email address (optional), your postcode (optional), the size and colour you want for the door, whether you need a motor, and your message.

To protect the form from bots, the Cloudflare Turnstile service analyses technical data from your browser, including your IP address. This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools.

3. Why we use your data

Only to answer your request: to call you back, prepare a quote and, if you wish, arrange an on-site measurement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Requests received through the form are kept for at most 90 days. If you become a customer, your data is kept for the duration of our business relationship and as long as our legal obligations, in particular accounting, require.

5. Recipients

To receive and handle requests we rely on two processors: Cloudflare (form reception and spam protection) and Resend (email notification). These providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or erase your data or restrict its processing, object to the processing and ask for your data to be ported. Contact us by email at aergroup2026@outlook.be, by phone on 0487 51 76 51 or by post at the address above.
